This splendid and rare jug is detailed in May, Commemorative Pottery pages 21 & 22.
To mark the Jubilee a number of prisoners were set free. Amongst them were Naval deserters.
Two small base chips have been professionally restored.
The jug is 8 inches, 20cm in height.
